190℃ (374℉) & 6-8 mins for 3D vacuum heat presses
Pressure: Light or medium
Note:
Temperature and time settings are only a guide;
Tear off the protective film before pressing;
Press according to above time/temperature/pressure;
After pressing, remove paper immediately.
