F6 CO2 Laser Tube is launched in October 2011 with 3 years development, its' working life is up to 6000hours, the single tube power is up to 150W. The laser output is stable. The discharge tube is catalyst coated, the working life is much increased. Compared to similar product, the tube body length is shorter, the laser beam mode is better, the cutting speed is higher.
• Stability: The discharge glass tube body is imported from Germany. The laser beam mode is up to TEM00. The power is table. It is competitive for industrial application.
• Power: The power is 30% higher than other laser tube with same length.
• Long Life: The catalyst coating on discharge tube with unique electrode processing makes the laser out put is more stable, avoid power weaken during long time working.
Product upgrade:
• Use USA IIVI lens and windows & Germany Schott glass tube as discharge tube, performance, reliability, consistency is higher than other similar product.
• High voltage side uses a ceramic water cooling jacket, reduce problems compared to glass cap which is made by hand.Ceramic heat dissipation better.
• The silicone pipe is once molded product, water flow more smoothly.
• Improved production processing, reduce gas leakage.
• New machining electrode makes discharge more stable.

• Within 90 days from exit work date, if the user operates same as our manual and the output power is less than 80% of the rated power, we will provide new one instead of the defected one. The replaced laser tube has same new laser tube warranty. The single transportation freight will be afforded by buyer. When the laser tube structure is damaged changed, we will not be responsible.
• From 90 days to 300 days, if the user operates same as our manual and the output power is less than 80% of the rated power, we will repair or provide new one instead of the defected one according to fact. The single transportation freight will be afforded by buyer. When the laser tube structure is damaged changed, we will not be responsible.
