Screen printing presses will ensure all your screen prints fall in the same place on the shirt, and are absolutely necessary for doing multi-color prints. Screen printing presses are distinguished by their amounts of "colors" and "stations". For example, a 6 color 6 station press can print up to 6 colors (holds 6 screens), and can have 6 shirts loaded on it at a time. The higher the number of stations, the faster your production rate. Newman printers stand the test of time as the professional's choice for strength, durability and ease of use. Newman printers are ideal for growing and high-volume shops and those producing sophisticated designs. The large-diameter, full-length center shaft combined with print station supports struts maximize strength. Precision machined cast aluminum print heads and print wheel combined with tapered roller bearings make high production manual printing effortless. Feature: 1. The printing base and screen can be rotated, and screen plate can turn backward and forward, left and right, which makes the operation easier and positioning more accurate. 3. Used for printing with heat set ink, rubber cement and other printing inks. If you wish to print in multiple colors, then you will require one of our ‘Carousel’ systems. Advantage: All our screen printing machines and spot dryers are proudly hand made in China. On our carousel screen printing machines, the screens rotate allowing you to select the next color and so on. On the larger machines (e. g. 4, 6 and 8 color floor standing machines), the print beds also rotate independently of the screens. This is important because as your print one color, you need to rotate the t-shirt (whilst still on the board) underneath the spot dryer to cure the ink before you apply the next color on top. Our carousel machines pack many features only often found on much more expensive machines. For example, they have micro adjustments allowing you to fine tune the settings and to make sure that others colors align up correctly. Also, the screen holder is adjustable allowing you to micro adjust the screen settings and even making allowances for any warped screen frames (this can happened to wooden frames the more you clean and wash them. Before changing color, the color of mug's suface is black, red, blue, pour hot water into the mug, the hidden pictures on the cup body surface will appear. Usages For Mug Press Operation: Press Temperature: 180℃ (360°F) Time: 250 Seconds Pressure: Medium/Firm Attach sublimation transfer paper with image printed in reverse to the mug with thermal tape Place mug in press at the press temperature, and close the element around it Press for the specified time above needed using specified pressure If the image begins to look blurry, or burnt brown by over-pressing, decrease time by 15 - 30 seconds Once done, remove the mug from the press and remove the transfer paper immediately Allow the mug to cool completely before use For Oven Operation: Press Temperature: 400°F Time: 12 - 15 Minutes (Test in your oven for accurate time) Attach reversed printed image to mug with thermal tape Wrap silicone wrap around mug surface and clasp at handle Place in oven preheated to 400°F for approximately 12 - 15 minutes (test to determine best timing!) Afterwards, remove wrap and transfer immediately Allow the mug to cool completely before use. Warm Tips: 1. Please allow 1-3mm tolerance due to manual measurement. 2. In order to make the sublimation ceramic mug cleaner, please avoid using blurry or out of focus image, the photo should be over 2000 pixels as much as possible. 3. The color may exist slight difference due to different screen display. 4. If the sublimation paper is slow-drying and the ink is not dry before printing, or the sublimation paper is damp, the print will be blurry. 5. The uneven rotation temperature of the household oven will affect the transfer effect. 6. It must be wrapped tightly with tape before transfer, and the shrink film will be sucked tightly, so there will be no problem.
