New Type 1 Color Simple Screen Press Based on the needs of the consumers and market, our company R&D this new kind of 1 color simple screen press, which is easy operated but with very low cost and is especially suitable for single color T-shirt printing. Features: This machine is specially designed for one color T-shirt screen printing because of its dedicated T-shirt pallet which can guarantee the accurate positioning and good printing effect. It can also be applied to printing on substrates which need overprinting, such as pillowcase, bag, non-woven bags and so on. The user can only change the pallet according to the substrates to satisfy the needs of different kinds of printing and it is easy to dismantle the pallet. Using the lever principle to control the handgrip, lift up the screen frame and hook it. Parameters: Pallet Size: 17.7"x21.7" (45x55cm) Pallet thickness: 0.7" (1.8cm) Net Weight: 22Lb (10kg) Gross Weight: 28Lb (12.6kg) Package Size: 23.62"x19.69"x7.09" (60x50x18cm) Width of the screen frame clamp: 9.4" (24cm) Pallet bracket has fixed on the backside of the pallet, it make sure the pallet to move within 15cm in the horizontal direction. Adjusting the adapting piece to lift up the screen frame at a angle of 30-45 degree. Put up the handgrip will lay down the screen frame. The handgrip could be moved with 5.5" (14cm) in the horizontal direction, suitable for the screen frames which size is less than 23.6" (60cm). Max thickness of screen frame clamp is 0.78 " (2cm) , it could be adjusted according to the thickness of the substrates. Specification: 1.T-shirt type pallet of the machine is 55 cm (22 in) long, 45 cm(18in) wide, the thickness is 1.8 cm (0.7 in); Using furniture surface melamine high density board, the surface with small pits, and it is more suitable for printing T-shirt when scraping the pallet glue. 2.The pallet can move 10cm(4in)from front to back by the connections at the bottom of the pallet.
