Description: This machine can be used for transferring non-cotton T-shirt (like polyester tops and chemical fibers, etc.) as well as pure cotton T-shirt. Sublimation paper and sublimation ink are suitable for the transferring of the non-cotton T-shirt. First you need to print the picture you want in the sublimation paper by the piezoelectric printer ( like EPSON printer), then to put the paper smoothly on the T-shirt, and lastly to transfer the picture to the T-shirt through by heat transfer system. Color fixation is a must for finish the process. If you want to transfer pure cotton T-shirt by heat transfer printing, you have to use special transfer paper for cotton T-shirt. T-shirt in light color must be transformed by using the special sublimation paper for light color ones, or vice versa. Then print the picture into the sublimation paper on which there is thin film for printing pictures, and put the printed paper smoothly on the T-shirt to be heated by the heat transfer machine. Feel free to transfer using another kind of special transfer film, the transferring is not restricted by the color of the materials. Firstly to print the picture onto the special transfer film by using the printer containing general water-proof ink, and then to transfer the pictured film to the T-shirt through heating, you will get your transferring finished. Scheme for non-cotton T-shirt: To accomplish this transferring work, you need to have piezoelectric printer (like Epson R330), ink cartridge (ink), heat transfer machine, A3 or A4 sublimation paper (rolled paper is also available for different printers) and non-cotton T-shirt. Precautions: As the original ink cartridges is water-based ink from the printer suppliers, which do not offer the sublimation ink cartridge; you have to do some changes to the original ink cartridges, getting rid of the original ink and injecting the sublimation ink. We suggest you use the continuous ink supply to avoid the complex process of injecting ink to the ink cartridges.
