Drying Cabinet Warming Machine for Cambered Screen Plate This machine is specially matched for all kinds of cap and mask printing machines produced by our company.This machine is composed of two parts, one is the plate heating table; Two is light-proof box with four layers. Application: 1.Avoid dust and drying the screen plate after degrease and cleaning ; 2.Light-proof drying after coating photosensitive emulsion; 3.Used for heating the shaping resin used in the hard material hat printing machine; 4.Take off the light-proof box, using the heating plate alone, and place the products that need to be dried after printing on the heating plate to dry. Feature: 1.The surface size of the plate heating table is 40*28 cm, and the power is 120W; The surface of the heating table is high quality tempered high temperature resistant glass, not afraid of water, glue, acid and alkali resistance, resistant to cleaning. 2.The inner dimension of the light-proof box is 35 x 26 x 19 cm; There are four layers of screen plate partition, suitable for drying the inner size of 100 x 190 mm (outer size 130 x 200 mm); 100 x 240 mm (outer size 130 x 250 mm) cambered mesh plate. The effect of avoiding light and dust is good. 3.Heat and melt the shaping resin of the hard material hat screen printing machine. 4.Drying upper screen plate; The heating and melting of the lower shaping resin can be carried out simultaneously without affecting each other. 5.Box parts are advanced electrostatic spraying surface treatment, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, cleaning resistance, long - term use without rust. 6.The light-proof box is directly placed on the heating plate, and the power can be turned on. Temperature test: Room temperature 25 degrees Celsius, turn on 120 degrees Celsius switch; After 15 minutes, the upper temperature in the box is about 45 degrees Celsius; After 30 minutes, the upper temperature in the box is about 55 degrees Celsius, and basically stable. Special note: it may take 40-50 minutes to melt the shaping resin. For quick heating, use a household electric oven or a high temperature hot air gun.
