1. Bending system Double knife alternating bending system, specially designed scimitar and blade structure (44° fixed scimitar), compatible with plate and profile processing (stainless steel, zinc plated plate, aluminum plate and customized aluminum profile). More suitable for small Angle small radian bending (minimum bending radius R6). 2. Slotting system Double tool with grooving, for stainless steel, galvanized board selection of planer tool grooving (CNC turning tool as a slotting tool, the use of Germany imported carbide knife grain selection, high strength and low loss, double-sided 8 blades, the replacement of time and labor saving without sharpening). For aluminum plate and aluminum profile, milling cutter is used for grooving (milling cutter adopts 110° alloy cutter, with smooth grooving and neat seams). 3. Feeding system Manipulator type circulating clamping feeding design is adopted. The configuration of servo drive + high-quality ball screw and linear guide rail makes the feeding smooth and smooth, and effectively controls the material deformation. The closed-loop control composed of length encoder and system makes the finished products perfectly match the source files. Functional features: 1.
