I use this model of printhead, the Xaar 128/40 on DGI XP3204T printer. The printer was out of service for a while then when I come back to use some nozzle of some printhead was blocked. The Employee Dominic is very helpful and resolved all my doubts about online shopping and my customs taxes.

Comprei a cabeça DX5 base de solvente para usar em uma impressora infinity Fy9000 de 3,20m e ela esta rodando perfeitamente sem nenum problema, a peça chegou integra e sem maiores surpresas na hora da instalação.

Ordered product and received as promised. I wish there is some way to get immediate response on questions though, as I sent email about expediting and just received original form re-sent telling me when it would ship. I received the response 2 days later right before it was suppose to ship.
