Description:
The LED punched letter belongs to advertisings (exterior signage), it is also called LED drilled letter, LED pierced letter, LED exposed channel letter, LED point out letter, LED exposed lighting letter. It is to punch on galvanized iron sheet or stainless plate then put the LED exposed light points passing those punched holes, and finally forms the effect of colorful and high brightness advertising letter.
Features:
Safety: Adopted metal cover, fixed light sources with high heat radiation and full water resistance, frame support behind the letters. It can work normally under 9 grade typhoon.
Long Lifespan: by the encapsulating method, waterproof production, lifespan reaches 50,000 - 100,000 hours that is to say 15 – 20 years (calculated by 10 hours each day).
Large Size Customization: The letters/characters are connected by metal parts, there is frame support behind it, hence there is no limit for sizes.
High Brightness: The light source is exposed directly which effectively enhances the brightness and as a result 4 or 5 times to the brightness of traditional ones.
Any Colors Inter-change: The paints painted on the letters/characters result the color indication daytime, and the colors of light source result the color indication nighttime.
Simple Installation and Easy Maintenance: Using rivets to fix the LED on the punched holes, the back side of letters to be welded on steel rack, then one person can realize the color change and modules change and regular maintenance, therefore it materially reduces human labor cost.
