Used to: 3D engraving and chamfer angle on acrylic, MDF, and PVC. Excellent concentricity, sharp cutting edge, non - stick in the bottom.
Available Angle: 45°, 60°, 90°, 110°, 120°, 135°, 130°, 140°, 150°.
Available Shrank Diameter: 6mm (0.236") / 12.7mm (1/2") / 20mm (0.79")
Available Cutting Edge Diameter: 10mm (0.39"), 16mm (0.63"), 22mm (0.87"), 32mm (1.26"), 45mm (1.77")

About Materials: At present, we have N, A two kinds of materials.
· The N series material stands for tungsten steel material made in China and its rigidity is at 88-89HRA (Rockwell Hardness, A Scale).
· The A series CNC Router Bits are made of tungsten steel material from Taiwan and their rigidity at 90-91HRA., HRC of material to be processed is 45.
Tips:
The better quality of material is, the higher rigidity and durability as well as materially longer lifespan.
The stronger rigidity it is, the bits won’t distort during process and give better processing effect.
And the more fine tungsten steel’s particle is, the sharp bits of the blade polished as a result for better processing effect.

Usage Tips:
It is important that you choose a tip size when ordering your engraving tools. The tip size will determine how wide your line is.
For small character engraving choose a smaller tip size. For example when engraving 1/8" tall letters use a .010 or .015 tip, but for 1/4" tall letters use a .020 or .030 tip.
The taller the letters or characters is, the larger the tip size of the cutter should be. For example; for 1/4" tall letters you should use a .020 or .030 tip but for 1/8" tall letters a .010 or .015 tip would be better.
